Social Work Services

Mrs. Paulette Hedgepeth brings a deep commitment to service, leadership, and student advocacy to William R. Davie Middle STEM Academy. She is passionate about supporting students, their families, and the broader community and believes strongly in meeting the social, emotional, and academic needs of every child.

Mrs. Hedgepeth earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Barton College in 2006 and later completed her Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from the University of New England in 2017. Her academic background equips her with the skills to provide meaningful support, guidance, and resources to students and families.

In addition to her work in education, Mrs. Hedgepeth proudly served in the United States Army and Army Reserve, completing eight years of active-duty service and eight years in the reserves. Her military experience strengthened her dedication to discipline, service, and community leadership.

Mrs. Hedgepeth is driven by a genuine desire to serve and uplift others. She is committed to helping students overcome challenges, supporting families, and building strong partnerships that positively impact the school and surrounding community.
