Mr. Frederick Lapitan is a dedicated and innovative educator who brings a global perspective and a passion for student success to William R. Davie Middle STEM Academy. With over 12 years of teaching experience, including international and U.S. classrooms, Mr. Lapitan is committed to preparing students for college, careers, and lifelong achievement through Career and Technical Education (CTE).

Originally from the Philippines, Mr. Lapitan earned his Master of Arts in Education, majoring in Biological Sciences, from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. His diverse teaching background includes serving as a Biology teacher in public schools in Chapra, Bihar, as well as teaching in the United States for the past three years.

At Davie, Mr. Lapitan fosters a classroom environment centered on collaboration, innovation, and real-world application. He empowers students to explore career pathways, develop critical thinking skills, and engage in hands-on learning experiences that connect directly to future opportunities.

Through his CTE instruction and e-learning platform, students have access to curated resources, interactive activities, and skill-building opportunities designed to support academic growth and career readiness. Mr. Lapitan encourages all students to remain curious, ask questions, and actively participate in their learning journey.
